Unlock The Supernatural

What if we are in a modern day Mt Carmel moment. (see I Kings 18) What if we have tried and tried to fix things in our own strength. We’ve looked to leaders, doctors and politicians for a solution…but nothing seems to be working.
I Kings 18: 29 describes a people that are exhausted. (sound familiar) They have been at this a long time and they are discouraged. It seems there is no answer in sight. No change. So in verse 31, we see Elijah trying something new. He uses 12 stones to remind the people who they are. They are the 12 tribes of Israel, God’s chosen people. Then he calls on the name of the Lord, “Let it be known today that you are God…answer me, Oh Lord, answer me, so these people will know that YOU O lord are God and that YOU are turning their hearts back again.”
What if we partnered with the Lord to do the impossible. The words he gave me this morning was that it was time to “unlock the supernatural”. I wasn’t quite sure what that meant but I began to pray for miracles, for God’s spirit to fall, for his glory to fall, and for eyes to be opened to the power of the Lord.
Even though I want peace in our world so desperately, I believe the goal is that in the end of this mess, everyone will cry out “The Lord – he is God! The Lord – he is God!” (verse 39)

Gather your faith and ask the Lord to unlock the supernatural. To do something so big and glorious, and amazing that everyone will cry “The Lord He is God!”
